What software do you use?
Alphacam, Slabsmith, Raptor, Laser Templator and more. If you run something different, we talk about it on the call.
What counts as sf?
The template footage, in square feet (sf).
Is there a minimum or setup fee?
No. CNC has no setup fee and no monthly minimum.
What if a template comes in wrong?
I check every job before programming and flag sales when something does not match. Nothing goes to the saw without that check.
What if the mistake is mine?
If the mistake is mine and confirmed, I redo the job at no cost and refund double the value of that job.
How does payment work?
We set up the payment method on the call, before the first job.
What hours do you work?
8 to 12 hours a day, on your shop's time zone. We agree on the priority of each job.
