Who does the work
I have done templating and measuring, cut and polished on the CNC, programmed in Alphacam, Raptor and Laser Templator, and managed production at a stone shop in the US. I know what happens to a file after it leaves the office.

Common questions
How do you access our CNC?
Through remote access to the programming computer, with AnyViewer or the tool you already use. You decide what I can access.
What software do you use?
Alphacam, Raptor and Laser Templator. If your shop runs something else, we talk about it on the call.
What counts as sf?
The finished piece area, the same sf as the quote you closed with the customer.
Is there a minimum or setup fee?
No. CNC has no setup fee and no monthly minimum. A small job pays only for its own sf.
What if a template comes in wrong?
I check every job before programming and flag sales when something does not match. Nothing goes to the saw without that check.
What hours do you work?
Your shop's time zone. We agree on the priority of each job.
